Half Side of or Full Beef

$6.50 / pound for a half, $6.25 / pound for a full

Bulk beef is sold, “per hanging weight”. Our partner butcher will provide a ticket with the weight of the steer following initial processing. At that point, the half is aged for 7-10 days. After aging, the butcher makes final cuts per your request.

Boxed Beef

We regularly have smaller amounts of beef available. Prices range from around $125 to $250 depending on the quantity and variety of cuts. Check back here for our current list regularly. Send us a note if you are interested.

• $100 – 5 pounds tenderized beef cutlet, 15 pounds lean ground beef
